Metal Sludge received a tip off from "inside sources" Ratt drummer Bobby Blotzer was recently arrested for a DUI. After a little research they were able to obtain the public records that show Blotz was indeed arrested. The rumor we heard was there was an arrest over Memorial Day weekend at Lake Havasu in Arizona and Bob was at the 'wheel' of a boat.
