New Music Seminar Opening Night Party

New Music Seminar has announced the details and guests for the NMS Opening Night Party at Webster Hall in New York City on Monday, July 19th, 2010.

The all-star night will feature performances by Grammy Award winning, platinum-selling Hip-Hop super group, Naughty by Nature; CuCu Diamantes, the Cuban born singer-songwriter and co-founder of the Grammy nominated Latin Fusion band Yerba Buena; Pop/R&B songstress Kat DeLuna; MySpace Hip-Hop sensation, Mickey Factz; and the acclaimed singer-songwriter, Matt White. The world's first iPad DJ, DJ Rana Sobhany will also be performing.

The Opening Night Party will begin with the NMS Cocktail Party from 6:00 PM to 8:00 with DJ Rana iPad Touching at 7:30 PM. Opening Remarks by Tom Silverman will be at 8:00 PM with the live performances starting at 8:30 PM.

The next day at the official NMS conference, leaders from across the front edges of music, technology and beyond will speak and share ideas during this multi-day networking and educational extravaganza. NMS is ground zero for the new architects of the next music business, whether you are an artist or industry executive.

The conference includes five "movements" (focused discussions) over the course of two days, 8 NMS Intensives from key industry leaders, 22 mentoring sessions, nightly musical performances and ongoing networking opportunities.
