Billy Ray Cyrus Motley Hole Snot Supergroup was a top story in July. Here it is again as we recap 2010: Country star Billy Ray Cyrus is going rock with a new band called Brother Clyde that also features Samantha Maloney (Motley Crüe, Hole, Eagles of Death Metal) and guitarist Jamie Miller (theSTART, Snot). Here is the announcement: The band will be releasing their self-titled debut album on August 10th via Buena Vista Records/Fontana. The first single from Brother Clyde, "Lately," is available now on iTunes.
"I always loved rock 'n' roll," Cyrus says. "That was a heavy part of what I was as a young juvenile delinquent. I tried from my first album to rock like any other Southern rock band."
