With each new report about how Steven Tyler is doing on American Idol, it is really sounding like he is the new Paula, not the new Simon. hennemusic reports: Steven Tyler struggles to be honest with terrible 'American Idol' hopefuls, according to a report by BANG ShowbizThe Aerosmith frontman - who joined the judging panel for the new season of the talent search show - doesn't want to insult anyone or shatter their ambitions if they are not very good. He admitted: "It's hard when you have a kid who's 15 years old, who's been watching 'American Idol' for the last 10 years. Some of them were awful. I just say something like, 'Did you bump your head on the way in?'" more on this story
