Barclay James Harvest created a huge stir as one of the most popular acts in Germany throughout the seventies, and they realized they could never reach the heights they did without their adoring fans. On August 30, 1980, when the Berlin Wall still separated Germany's capital city, Barclay James Harvest presented this free concert in front of parliament building the Reichstag. Performing tracks from their soon-to-be-released Turn of the Tide album, in addition to classics plucked from across their career, they happily honored the 250,000 fans in attendance. This truly was A Concert For The People.
