Paul Weller is going bicoastal this November when he plays two exclusive shows in the United States – November 3rd at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles and November 7th at the Nokia Theatre in New York City. Paul will be playing live in support of his new Mercury Prize-nominated album Wake Up the Nation (Yep Roc). The coveted award will be announced September 7th in London.
Supporting Paul in New York will be Erland & the Carnival, a band featuring Simon Tong, formerly of notable UK acts Gorillaz, The Verve and The Good, The Bad & the Queen. In Los Angeles will be Bella Union records artist Alessi's Ark.
