New Model Army Announce Special U.S. 30th Anniversary Shows

Post punk Brits New Model Army will kick off their Worldwide 30th Anniversary Tour with two very special U.S. performances on September 3rd and 4th at the Bellhouse in Brooklyn. The band promises these two evenings will truly be long-remembered musical events, with two completely different sets each night that will draw from all 13 of the band's studio albums (including their two B-Sides / 'Lost Songs' compilations). 13 studio albums, 6 live albums, over 30 singles and EPs, a handful of compilations and some 17 band members later the band is as much of a musical force now as theyve ever been. Lone remaining founding member Justin Sullivan's always timely and often personal lyrics are like a blend of Lemmy's sardonic wit and Bono's not-so-subtle political subterfuge. No matter what musical direction he takes the band in (and there have been many), the results always warm the hearts of the die hards and never fail to bring in new fans.
