Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS have made no secret of their love for the Beatles, so it's no surprise that they will finally take the opportunity to tribute one of the Fab Four. Gibson.com reports: KISS founder Gene Simmons recently told Weekender.com that his band will be recording "Venus and Mars/Rockshow" for an upcoming Paul McCartney tribute album. The Wings single (from the Venus and Mars album) was a Top 20 hit in the U.S. when it was released in 1975. The single was actually made up of the album's first two songs. On his Up and Coming 2010 Tour, McCartney has been opening every show with "Venus and Mars/Rockshow." The song also name checks Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page. - more on this story
