In-Quest have announced a lineup change. Here is what they had to say: In a mutual decision, In-Quest has decided to part ways with guitar player Val. He was a very close friend before he entered the band, and it feels great to have him right back there again. He helped us walk the dire road of our comeback in 2006 when the band almost fell apart, and has always been a reliable and motivated believer. After four years of superb cooperation, we respectfully thank him.Stepping up to take his position is Korre, our now officially ex-bass session player. A great new guitar tandem has emerged. Rigid. Tight. Energetic. From day one in his In-Quest career, Korre has been one of the most contributing and innovative members we ever had. As such, we are super honoured to welcome him aboard as an official member.
With these decisions made, it felt natural to have dedicated In-Quest believer and long time friend Frederick on board. He is hands down one of the best bass players on our soil plus his experience, proven leadership, and no nonsense attitude are essential for In-Quest's future of delivering downright pounding metal. Or as the man himself puts it, "The offer to join In-Quest on a permanent and official basis was, to say the least, very tempting. It took me awhile to decide, knowing that joining them would require a lot of time and dedication from my part. But being a long time friend of the band and living in their hometown made it very obvious it was the right thing to do. Right now, I'm super excited and heavily look forward to contribute to the In-Quest Bombing Industries."
The path to the birth of 'Made Out Of Negative Matter" was ambitious, and ever since its release we are overwhelmed by the good reactions both by fans and press. A new milestone was set and at the same time a blueprint for the next In-Quest was created. The five of us have already started writing new material and are eager to bring you once more thy subsonic collapse.
