The Script are gearing up to head back out on the road this fall for their third headlining tour of America.
The tour will officially kick off October 11th in San Diego, CA at the House of Blues, will cover over 19 markets across the country and wrap in Boston, MA at the House of Blues on November 7th. Tickets will go on sale Friday, April 23rd.
Last year saw the band open for both Sir Paul McCartney and U2, head out on tours with the likes of Adele and sell out both their headlining tours. The Script are Dubliners Danny O'Donoghue (keys and vocals), Mark Sheehan (guitar) and Glen Power (drums). This extremely talented trio's debut has already spawned numerous hit singles abroad, including "Breakeven" and "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" which reached #1 in 5 countries. THE SCRIPT is currently 4x platinum in the UK, 8x platinum in Ireland. This a story of both tragedy and triumph, struggle and survival - the epic journey of 3 Dublin boys from the wrong side of the tracks.
Up next for The Script is a May 21st TV appearance on The Today Show's Summer Concert Series. Fans and visitors are encouraged to come to the plaza for the live performance. Viewing is on a first-come, first-served basis outside TODAY's window-on-the-world studio, located at 49th Street and Rockefeller Plaza in New York City.
