Odium have scheduled a video shoot for their track "Population Zero" with director Chad Archibald (Arise and Ruin, Eyes Set To Kill, Farewell to Freeway) on April 24th in Hanover, Ontario. The concept will be a hard hitting live video and marks the second time that the band and director have worked together. Archibald directed Odium's first video "At the Bottom" last year.
The band has also announced a series of dates with Misguided Aggression including the 8th annual Year of the Sun Records' anniversary show. The label showcase/celebration will be held at Club Vinyl in Guelph this Friday April 23rd and will also feature performances from Drudgery, Time the Destroyer, and The Geneva Project. Odium will also be supporting Alexisonfire on June 18th in Clifford, Ontario.
Odium's debut album was produced by Greg Dawson (The End, Moneen) and was released through Year Of The Sun Records. The group's brand of melodic metal has drawn comparisons to Killswitch Engage, All That Remains And In Flames.
