(antiMusic) Michael Jackson may be gone but his legal fights apparently live on with two Jackson related legal stories hitting the wires on Tuesday. Seems his estate lawyers are on the giving and receiving end of legal action.First up: the lawyers that defended Jackson in the child molestation case filed a claim against Jackson's estate, seeking $341,000 for fees from the period of July 2005 through February 2006. AP has more details here On the other side of the coin, the Jackson estate filed suit against the Heal the World Foundation. According to AP "the federal court lawsuit claims the Heal the World Foundation is improperly using trademarks and Web sites to create the impression they were approved by Jackson to solicit donations." - Read more about that here
