(antiMusic) Inhale Exhale's new album, Bury Me Alive, hits stores this week and to celebrate we asked frontman Ryland Raus and guitarist John LaRussa to pick their favorite five tracks from the effort and tell us a little bit about each one. Here they are with today's song "Over and Out"Ryland Raus: The theme is time travel. About wishing you could go back and correct things that were done wrong in the past. But also realizing that the experiences of our past should not be changed, because they have aided in molding who we are today. Sometimes thinking about what you should have done or said can drive you right out of your mind. In the finale of the song, this process is portrayed. John LaRussa: This song was almost a B-side for me. It was the first song I was happy with for the record. So it's the oldest. But after I messed with it a bunch and got with the band on it, I think it came out better than I thought. Lots of energy and fast-paced, which is what I was shooting for on it.
