One of those bands ALLINADAY an alternative rock band out of Sacramento California got the attention of Maverick Presents when they sent in their demo produced by Rich Mouser of the well known band OLEANDER. "I was completely blown away by this band's demo and immediately went to their studio to meet with them" reports Kessman. Since their initial meeting ALLINADAY is now the top artist on The Indie with a number one and number two songs. They are also ranked 3rd on Roadrunner Record's A&R site and are now poised for a recording contract.

Kessman reported "Maverick's job is to locate these phenomenal artists and get them the exposure they deserve. That is the mission of these showcases in which not only fans and the general public are invited but also record labels, entertainment buyers, booking agents and media outlets."

The first Maverick Presents showcase will be an Alternative Rock show with a trio of incredible bands on December 2nd 2009 at Marilyn's on K Street. The first of these monthly showcases will feature ALLINADAY, Cesura and Self Centered. Kessman reported "If you're a fan of alternative rock come on down for an excellent show. If you're a record label scout, entertainment buyer or booking agent Maverick Presents just made your jobs a little easier."
