Prince On Target For Exclusive Release

(antiMusic) The marketing people at Target have the opportunity to change the strip around their dog mascot's eye from red to purple with news that Prince has inked an exclusive deal with the retailer. Prince has signed up to release a 3-disc set through Target (online and in-stores) beginning on March 29th. The package will include two new albums, "LOtUSFLOW3R" and "MPLSoUND," and a bonus disc by Bria Valente. Don't fret; the package will be a real bargain at a list price of just $11.98! "Prince has long been renowned as one of the world's most original and iconic musical artists," said Mark Schindele, Target's senior vice president of merchandising in an AP report. "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share his most recent work with our Target guests." Read the AP report
