(Billboard) Eminem -- in his first full-scale concert performance in four years -- Kiss, Jane's Addiction and the Flaming Lips are among the headliners at the 11th annual Voodoo Experience music festival, taking place Halloween weekend in New Orleans.Organizers have announced more than 150 acts who will play on eight stages in three separate areas -- named Le Ritual, Le Flambeau and Le Carnival -- around the city.
