(PR) The man who has rocked with Neil Young, Robert Plant, Willie Nelson and his own legendary band Grin, Nils Lofgren is bringing his much loved instrumental expertise from the stage to the small screen with Comcast's On Demand series, Guitar Lessons. Nils is helping viewers get in touch with their inner guitar hero by offering personalized lessons through a simple and informative approach that can improve the technical skill and musicality of both novice and skilled guitarists. In each of the 21 five-to-seven minute segments, Lofgren teaches viewers useful and expressive guitar techniques, from "Opening Hammering" and "Muted Strumming" to "Low Rock Riffs" and "One Finger Chords." Nils joins Comcast On Demand's long line of legendary guitar instructors including punk rocker Richard Lloyd of Television, metal masters Steve Vai and Scott Ian of Anthrax and Paul Green, founder of the famed School of Rock.
