Abandoned by a Western exploration party and stranded in the New World, two lone Vikings wade through a grand primeval landscape, searching against all odds to find their way home. As they struggle to survive in the surrounding vast forests, their paths diverge as one pursues a spiritual quest and the other reverts to his primal instincts.
