(Billboard) A Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc. subsidiary has reached an agreement with the Illinois Attorney General after complaints of overly high-priced tickets to Hannah Montana and Bruce Springsteen concerts.The state attorney general's office announced Tuesday that it had discovered TicketsNow operated Web sites with domain names that misled customers to believe it was affiliated with the concerts' event operators. Customers thought they were paying face-value prices but instead were paying higher resale prices. TicketsNow agreed to close such sites and not use ones that practice similar tactics. - more on this story
