(caterersearch.com) Mark Fuller, the nightclub owner and restaurateur, has denied weekend reports that heavy metal band Iron Maiden are involved in his latest hotel venture.The £10m Sanctum Soho, which opens in March, is the second hotel from Concept Venues, Fuller's company set up with chef Garry Hollihead. Concept Venues counts Iron Maiden co-manager Andy Taylor as an investor, which led The Sunday Times to report [or is it distort?] that the band were the driving force behind the hotel. - more on this story
