The Presidents of the United States of America had this bit of news for fans over the weekend: since everyone has so little going on for the next week or two, this seems like a good time to tell you a couple things. thing #1, for SEATTLE people mostly: Holy crud we have just announced our Second or Third Less Than Annual Presidents Day Weekend PUSAFEST. Seattle, Showbox at the Market, Fri-Sat February 12-13. Friday 21+, Saturday ALL AGES. 20 clams. These will be super fun shows for us, since we've been taking a little siesta after jet-scorching our little buns last year. We are in secret negotiations with several GREAT acts to handle support. I can't reveal too much about this yet. I'll tell all in a couple weeks. oh crap, ok....here's a HINT we'll also be doing something substantial in the way of playing some rarities/oddities/stuff you guys ask for. Either a fan-generated setlist (we'll use INTERNET for this), or a Random Song Picker Wheel (someone will need to design and build this for us). ANYWAY....we also are about to have a new website. It'll be the same old url: presidentsrock.com but don't go look there yet. Nah, you can totally go look there, we just haven't finished it yet.
