(antiMusic) Chimaira are currently out on the road on the Music As A Weapon Tour. Guitarist Matt DeVries wants to keep antiMusic readers up to date on all the happenings on the tour and will be checking in with a tour diary. Here is his first entry: What's up everyone, right now I am sitting on our tour bus in Phoenix, AZ on what is day 6 of the Music As A Weapon Tour with Disturbed, Killswitch Engage and Lacuna Coil. Also there is a second stage that includes our good buddy's Spineshank, Suicide Silence (on select dates) and more.
The crowds have been amazing! This is definitely a great way to start off a tour cycle. Also on April 21st our new record "The Infection" is going to be in stores so we are having fun playing a couple new songs every night. So far so good! Great bands, great friends, booze, and great times! This is one of many blogs I will be posting weekly so stay tuned for more news, debauchery, and crazy stories!
