(FMQQ) Kid Rock's hit single "All Summer Long" has propelled last year's release Rock N Roll Jesus back to the top of the sales charts, despite the record's CD-only availability. The Kid has famously kept his music off iTunes, which is partly attributed as the reason for the album's sales success. However, Atlantic President Julie Greenwald told Billboard that Rock N Roll Jesus will be sold digitally, but not on iTunes.
