(antiMusic) Critically acclaimed rockers The 88 return to stores this week with their latest effort "Not Only... But Also." To celebrate the release we asked Keith Slettedahl to pick some of his favorite tracks from the album and tell us a little bit about each one. Here is Keith with today's song: Coming Home: I wrote this song for my wife -- who was then my girlfriend -- as a Christmas present. I didn't have much money, so I recorded this song for her. She was in Georgia visiting her family, and the song pretty much wrote itself. I came up with the chorus melody on a banjo. I truly missed her, so the song was written quickly and simply, with no attempt at being cute or clever. I hoped she would like it enough to overlook the fact that I didn't buy her anything, and it turned out to be one of our most popular songs.
