(PR) 8MM have digitally released a Christmas mini-album titled "On A Silent Night." Tracks include "Christmastime Is Here," "Blue Christmas." "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," "I'll Be Home For Christmas," "Baby It's Cold Outside," and the eponymously titled 8MM original.
KCRW's Nic Harcourt weighed in on the sultry blend of old and new jazz, saying "I don't like Christmas tunes, but I like these" and ABC are featuring "On A Silent Night" on their gigantic 25 Days Of Christmas promotion.
"We recorded the songs last year as a Christmas present to friends and family. The response encouraged us to make them available to everyone." said frontwoman, Juliette Beavan.

Sean Beavan, took a quick break from recording with Marilyn Manson to play their first arena gig for the Miami Children's Hospital Foundation's Diamond Ball at the American Airlines Arena. They also recently charmed and beguiled the audience at The David Lynch Foundation Benefit at The Key Club in Hollywood. 8MM were founded by producer / mixer Sean Beavan (NIN, Marilyn Manson, No Doubt etc.) and his femme-fatal wife, Juliette, who has been described as "Jessica Rabbit meets Billie Holiday." The reigning #1 MySpace Unsigned Trip-Hop band for the past 2 years, 8MM have been critically acclaimed and tastemaker championed by luminaries such as Nic Harcourt, and named as one of the Top Bands You Need To Know by Alternative Press and a Buzz Band by the LA Times. Their groundbreaking self-shot cell phone video was bonus premiered on Yahoo and was the #1 Most Viewed Music Video on YouTube on it's release. Their music has been featured on "Grey's Anatomy", "One Tree Hill", "Shark", "Cold Case", "Moonlight", the "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" soundtrack etc. Juliette was also recently tapped to model for the popular red-carpet vintage line, "Stop Staring!".
