(Billboard) Dave Matthews Band fans will have two distinct live releases to savor on Dec. 16, when Bama Rags/RCA separately unveils "Live at Mile High Music Festival" and "Live Trax Vol. 13."The former was recorded July 2 outside Denver, while the latter was taped June 7, 2008, at St. Louis' Busch Stadium. Highlights from "Live at Mile High" include covers of Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer" and Sly & the Family Stone's "Thank You (Falettin Me Be Mice Elf Agin)"
