(MMP) Metal Mind Productions presents rereleases of 3 full length albums from the discography of Tank: "Tank" (1987), "The Return Of A Filth Hounds Live" (1988) and "Still At War" (2002). All three titles were digitally remastered using 24-Bit process on golden disc. The release date is scheduled for 10th November 2008 in Europe and 25th November 2008 in USA (via MVD). "Tank" With the exclusive re-release of Tank's fifth, self-titled album, you may once again enjoy some of the finest recordings from the N.WO.B.H.M. giant. This LP clearly proves that Tank is at the very top of the metal league, so crank up the volume and HAMMER ON! "The Return Of A Filth Hounds Live" The re-issue of Tank's live album showcases the band in one of their finest moments. The incredible energy and intensity of their performance clearly speaks for itself – Tank is loud and angry, taking the best traditions of the N.W.O.B.H.M. movement into a whole new level of metal madness! What's left to say, except: HAMMER ON! New digipak edition includes 2 bonus tracks. "Still At War" In 2002 Tank released their latest album, entitled "Still at War", which was a truly memorable comeback for the band. Produced by Algy Ward himself, the album featured a set of classic, powerful tracks, which instantly won the hearts of die-hard fans, who often compared it to the band's best effort to date, "This Means War". Algy comments on his work as follows: "I think I would have to say a very loud experience - a Tank album basically! No long songs, keyboard intros or the like, just a back to basics Tank album." Musically, the album was indeed a comeback to the roots of N.W.O.B.H.M. and remains one of these unique records which, although recorded in contemporary times, still have that characteristic feeling of the 80's metal scene. As Cliff Evans sums it up: "As we recorded 'Still at War' we knew we had an album that captured the raw power that is the Tank sound. No frills, no tricks, just guitars into amps cranked up to ear bursting volume. This was our first studio album since 1987 and it was clear we had still retained our trademark razor edge." "Still at War" remains the last, but also one the greatest albums Tank has ever recorded. New digipak edition includes 2 bonus tracks.
