(PR) The Death Set are playing select cities in July with The Mae Shi in support of their recent release, Worldwide (out now on Counter Records). Since the release of this album, The Death Set have been on the road nonstop -- they've completed a nationwide tour with Bonde Do Role, and toured with Monotonix and Matt & Kim on the F**k Yeah tour. They also will be playing select cities with Matt & Kim as part of the Vice tour.Touted as "Best Live Band" by the Baltimore City Paper, and many who have shared their floor space, The Death Set jams blindsiding minute-songs into compact spaces. The live four-piece plays on the floor and at crowd level boasting rallying punk rock -- breakneck fuzz sliced with lo-fi electronics and searing vocals over-scored by a lift of positivity.
