Radiohead's Thom Yorke Goes Classical

(Filter) Thom Yorke is exercising his creativity in more ways than one by dabbling in Classical music. He recently remixed an original John Matthias score for Cortical Songs, a Classical album that also features contributions from Simon Tong (The Verve, Blur, Gorillaz) and John Maclean (Beta Band). Classical kin Gabriel Prokofiev calls Yorke's track "adventurous and avant garde." Cortical Songs is being released this month to international markets via Nonclassical.
