(PR) On May 20, legendary NYC underground house label Nervous Records teams up with HOT US-based DJ/production/remix team Starkillers (AKA Nick Terranova) and Austin Leeds for Nervous Nitelife: Vegas. Nervous Nitelife: Vegas is a perfect representation of both the artists and the city of choice – Sin City. Both are unpredictable, flashy and above everything else, all about the party. Unlike most mix CDs currently on the market, Nervous Nitelife: Vegas provides an up to the minute account of what the artist is all about. Naturally, the CD highlights the DJs’ mixing skills, but it goes far beyond pulling together a bunch of tracks you’ve already heard a million times. Terranova and Leeds really stepped up to the plate and created a CD that is heavy on their own exclusive productions and remixes, while a companion DVD provides insight into both the artists and the Las Vegas clubbing scene. This is the quintessential Starkillers & Austin Leeds sound and the music simply does not get any fresher than this. The CD starts out on a slow tribal journey through the NYC underground with Starkillers & Austin Leeds remix of house music diva Joi Cardwell’s “Keep Coming Around” before a dash of bubbly electro enters the fray with David Tort & DJ Ruff Meet Angel De Frutos’ “LA Girls (Fuzzy Hair Remix).” Next, Starkillers & Terranova add an electro-rock edge to Hardrox’s “Feel The Hardrock (Up To No Good)” before unveiling their own new side project Pimp Rockers with the anthemic vocal track “Crave You feat. Deanna.” The excellent Cube Guys remix of Ralph Falcon’s newest #1 Billboard smash “Break You” offers the perfect lead into the double whammy of Nick Terranova’s own rocktronic “Breakaway feat. Steve Bertrand” and Tikaro, J. Louis & Ferran feat. Clarence “Shine On Me (Nick Terranova & Austin Leeds Vocal Mix).” As we approach the finish line, the intensity and BPM’s pick up steadily thanks to Nick Terranova & Austin Leeds’ remix of D.0.N.S & DBN Feat. Kadoc’s – “The Nightrain” and the duo’s own original track “Come Alive feat Steve Bertrand.”
