(antiMusic) Remember rap-rock? You may have a few CDs sitting on a shelf collecting dust. Well, there is an alt-rocker that has hopes of resurrecting the genre. At least in part. You see, Matt Bellamy from revered alt-rockers Muse wants to collaborate with acclaimed UK rapper Mike "The Streets" Skinner. If this happens it could be a disaster of Limp Bizkit proportions, but then again considering who is involved they might just pull it off. On the other hand, Matt didn't seem too serious about the pairing and may have been having a go at a BBC reporter. Gigwise has this: Speaking to BBC 6 Music, Bellamy said that they had yet to ask Skinner but hoped it would lead to "England's answer to Rage Against The Machine."
