John Fowler Benefit

(PR) John Fowler gained notoriety for touring and recording with Steelheart, with the 1990 hit song "I'll Never Let You Go" (Angel Eyes), also dedicated himself to projects such as The Voodoo Jets, SMOKE, and Hipnotic. Fowler also instructed hundreds of drum students in the southern Connecticut region. Fowler passed away on March 21st after a brief illness. The benefit concert will be held at The Loft (97 Washington St. Norwalk, CT 06854 203-838-6555) on Sunday, May 18th, 2008. Doors open at 7 PM, music begins at 8 PM. Minimum donation at the door will be $20. Music will be by John's former band mates from Hipnotic, Smoke, The Voodoo Jets, and a host of special guests. Specialized merchandise will also be availableall proceeds will benefit the Sebastian Fowler ROCKS Trust.
