(Gigwise) Amazon have launched an early version of an online digital music store which they hope will rival Apple's continued dominance of the download market. 'Amazon MP3' enables users to download music without copyright protection technology – which enables it to be played on a variety of different MP3 players, including an iPod.
The website is currently only available to American users, with songs priced between 89 cents and 99 cents. - more on this story
