(PR) Singer/songwriter Mike Doughty will get close to fans and preview new material with The Question Jar Show, a November duo tour of small East Coast clubs. In addition to taking requests from the audience and introducing new songs, Doughty will answer questions that fans place in a jar at the venue -- no question too weird, no topic taboo. Multi-instrumentalist Andrew Livingston will join Doughty on the 12-date run, which kicks off November 2 in South Padre Island, Texas, and continues through November 19 in Philadelphia, including two-night stands in Minneapolis and New York. Mike Doughty's new album, Golden Delicious, is complete and planned for an early 2008 release by ATO Records. The album was produced by Grammy Winner Dan Wilson, who previously helmed Doughty's 2005 album Haughty Melodic, including the AAA Top Five single "Looking at the World from the Bottom of a Well." Further details will be made available in the coming weeks.
