(antiMusic) Hatebreed were once the darling of the hardcore underground but they disappointed fans when they signed to the leading mallcore label (Roadrunner) and it looks like they are taking the next step in going Hot Topic with a new clothing line.Metal Underground reports that bassist Chris Beattie has launched a clothing line called Bridgeport Republic. "Bridgeport Republic is dedicated to reflecting individuality with a universal line of quality apparel which honors and represents an independent yet unified lifestyle rooted in the streets," says Beattie. "We plan to inspire a whole new generation and breathe new life into the way apparel industry."
