(antiMusic) As you might expect Annie Lennox attracks some weirdos to her concerts. But last week she discovered that while "Sweet Dreams are Made of This" (whatever this is, Bill Clinton couldn't tell us) nightmares are made of an audience member sporting a gas mask. Gigwise has the report: The Eurythmics' Annie Lennox fled from the stage at a gig in Colorado earlier this week after she spotted a fan wearing a cape and a gas mask in the audience. The incident happened near the end of Lennox's performance at the Macky Auditorium on Tuesday (October 16th).
After fleeing the stage, Lennox only returned once the 32-year old man had been removed from the venue, reports WENN. When she returned to the stage, Lennox apparently deemed the man "Mr Nightmare On Elm Street" before completing the rest of her set. - more on this story
