(Filter) To commemorate their tenth birthday, alterna-rockers The Eels will release an anniversary "Best Of", and a "Rarities" collection. The collections will include Meet The EELS: Essential EELS Vol. 1, 1996-2006 (CD+DVD), and the band's first collection of rarities, B-sides, film contributions and unreleased tracks, The EELS Useless Trinkets: B-Sides, Soundtracks, Rarities and Unreleased 1996-2006 (2CD+DVD). Each will be released by DreamWorks/Geffen/UMe on January 15th 2008.
All video is available for the first time on DVD, digitally re-mastered, and both packages includes never before seen photos, artifacts and notes from Eels mastermind Mark Oliver Everett. - Track info
