(PR) Church of the 8th Day, the organizers behind the Los Angeles Murderfest, are proud to announce April 5th and 6th of 2008 as the weekend for Version 4.0. This year promises to be another year of exclusive and rare West Coast appearances from the top names in the extreme music underground. Previous years have highlighted appearances from Obituary, Brutal Truth, Repulsion, Atheist, The Accused, Despise You, Immolation, Vital Remains, Deceased, Anal Cunt, Lack Of Interest, Cephalic Carnage, Disfear, Pig Destroyer, Macabre and many more.
Version 4.0 will be the staging ground of another year of amazing appearances from bands both old and new. The fest will be held at the Knitting Factory in Hollywood, CA yet again and will boast 40+ bands on two stages.
