Three weeks after police announced they were investigating allegations that Sean Combs smacked down an acquaintance at a New York nightspot, the "Mo' Money, Mo' Problems" rapper's lawyer says no charges will be filed."I've been informed by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office that after a thorough investigation, they have made a decision not to authorize any arrests in connection with the incident involving Mr. Combs and Steven Acevedo on Oct. 13," Combs' counsel, Benjamin Brafman, said in a statement to E! News.
