Witness Frankel's Tooth Decay

(PR) Michael Orendy, aka Frankel teams up with Aaron Espinoza of Earlimart and Producer Extraordinaire Dave Trumfio for Lullaby For The Passersby, the follow up to 2006s widely acclaimed Chatterbox EP. Orendy, former bassist for noise-pop quartet Meow Meow (Devil In The Woods), is a multi-instrumentalist who played everything from the Thermin to the Twirly Whirly on Frankels newest full-length Lullaby For The Passersby. Lullaby is the follow up to Frankels debut EP, Chatterbox. The upstart indie label Three Ring, which released the Frankel EP, became hip to Orendy after a tip from Nyles Lannon of Film School. The San Francisco label also put Frankel on its At The Crossroads benefit compilation for homeless youth. Following the widespread success of Chatterbox, which earned Frankel comparisons to other beloved singer-songwriters like Elliott Smith and Jon Brion, Orendy wanted to replicate the intimate sound of the EP, but make a more polished full-length which hits stores on June 12th, 2007.
