(PR) Southern California Rockers SMILE EMPTY SOUL will be returning to the road with The Exies for the second leg of their headlining tour. The tour will begin this month in support of their second album "Vultures" which was released on Bieler Bros. Records SmiLE EMPTY SOUL's monster hit "Bottom of a Bottle" from their self-titled debut album, struck GOLD (RIAA certification-wise) for the band. After much adversity, the band has found a new home with Bieler Bros Records.
