(PR) The true masters of indie metal, Darkest Hour, have started work on the long-awaited successor to their 2005 masterpiece, Undoing Ruin, at the Warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. The new effort, to be called Deliver Us, is expected to be released July 10 on Victory Records. The band will follow recording by doing four U.S. dates in April with Job For A Cowboy. Its up in the air whether the studio will survive the renewed onslaught. "The Warehouse in Vancouver, BC hasn't rocked this hard since AC/DC, Nine Inch Nails, and Bryan Adams recorded here, declared Darkest Hour drummer Ryan Parrish. "I expect the new record to be a subversive tool of godless Communism that will break down the morals among youth!, added the always understated bassist Paul Burnette. "Its the crispiest, most savory Darkest Hour to date, Metal Chef producer Devin Townsend stated. We turned up the monitors and my head exploded."
