Expatriate’s upcoming debut album, In The Midst of This, was recorded in July 2006 at Robert Lang’s Seattle studios. Expatriate - Ben King (vocals, guitar), Damian Press (guitar/keyboards/production) and Chris Kollias (drums, percussion) - created their debut LP with the help of producer John Goodmanson (Wu Tang Clan, Blonde Redhead, Sleater Kinney, Hot Hot Heat). Their debut EP, Lovers le Strange, saw Expatriate touted as ones to watch by international media including the NME, hailed by the Daily Record and featured in Disorder Magazine.
