Ozzy To Continue Tour

(antiMusic) Ozzy won't let a little thing like a blood clot surgery get in his way. After word leaked out that Osbourne was hospitalized after a tour stop in Denver on Saturday, the rocker announced late Sunday night on the official Ozzfest site that the show would go on without him missing any stops on the tour.

Ozzy Osbourne underwent "outpatient" surgery for a blood clot on Saturday and was released Sunday morning. He is "doing well," according to a statement that also said that as of Sunday night Ozzy was in "Kansas City where he will be headlining tomorrow's Ozzfest show at the Verizon Wireless Amphiteatre."

In other Osbourne related news, daughter Kelly has landed the role that Queen Latifah owned in the big screen version of Chicago. The 22-year-old Ozzy offspring is set to play prison matron Mama Morton during a seven-week west end run of the musical at London's Cambridge Theatre which kicks off on September 10th.
