(PR) Hot on the heels of a mighty May that saw their second release ROSES & CLOVER (Brushfire Records),greeted with critical acclaim, and a sold-out tour throughout the U.S., ALO (Animal Liberation Orchestra) is riding high on a wave of success toward the High Sierra Music Festival in Quincy, CA, July 8th.ALO's lives shows have proven to be just as seductive to not just the ears, but feet of music fans. According to the Philadelphia Daily News, the masterful collective will "free your mind and move your feet with substantial songcraft." The Boston Herald drolly fesses that the abundance of breezy, acoustic jams "would be overkill if not for ALO's way with a melody and knack for pop hooks." Though great songs need a great band to rock the house and give audiences a magical experience. So as the Chicago Sun-Times affirms, "the overall level of musicianship is superb," clearly ALO has that covered.
