(DiR) Silverstein's new CD ' Arrivals and Departures' hits stores this week and celebrate we asked Shane to pick his favorite five songs from the disc and tell us a little bit about each. I was actually on vacation in Hawaii and just got the verse riff in my head. I figured it out and then the parts just came to me. It was really crazy. I think it's the fastest I have ever written a song."
