(DiR) Silverstein's new CD ' Arrivals and Departures' hits stores this week and celebrate we asked Shane to pick his favorite five songs from the disc and tell us a little bit about each. We'll be giving you Shane's picks all week. We kick off today with "Sound of the Sun," here is Shane!"I wrote the main riff of this song actually a long time ago, maybe 2 years ago, but I was never really sure how to put the rest of it together. It's funny, some songs write themselves and only take an hour to finish, whereas some take so long, and you just keep going back and changing them. This one took forever, but was actually the first one I finished entirely for this record. It's also my favorite."
