(antiMusic) Legendary Blues man B.B. King cancelled a string of dates this week after being hospitalized on Thursday. King was admitted to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas with a low-grade fever following a recent bout with the flu, according to press reports. He is in stable condition and is expected to leave the hospital on Saturday, according to his management company. The 81-year-old Blues legend was forced to pull out of four Texas shows due to the illness (Thur, Fri, Sat and Sun) and is expected to play make-up dates in June. Fans in Fort Worth are in luck as King is expected to resume his touring commitments in time for Tuesday nights show in the Texas city.
