[originally published 08/28/07](antiMusic) The always outspoken Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor took a little time out this weekend before his band played the Leeds festival to slam some of the other artists on the bill including The Smashing Pumpkins and Fall Out Boy. Reznor spoke with UK's answer to Rolling Stone, NME, before his band's gig and had some not so kind words for other bands he was sharing the stage with. His biggest target was Billy Corgan's latest incarnation of the Smashing Pumpkins featuring only two original members. "I was never a big Smashing Pumpkins fan back when they were the Pumpkins, not to sh*t on Billy or anything but I don't hear anything that would make me want to care. I think trying to resurrect the name Smashing Pumpkins... it's all a bit corporate for me." He also took a dig at this year's lineup for the famed UK music festival - more on this story
