(antiMusic) Karl Alvarez of All and The Descendents fame reportedly suffered a heart attack on August 11th and being a true punk rocker he doesn't have medical insurance to cover the rising bills, so a benefit site has been set up at MySpace for those that wish to help a brother out. "Here is what they say on the page: On August 11th Karl Alvarez suffered a minor heart attack. While he is physically doing well, the mounting medical bills are taking a toll.
